Mission: The FCh DTI represents the service recipients and is the client vis-ŕ-vis the service provider. The services to be provided are set out in the service specification (see ). The FCh DTI is responsible for new requirements for eIAM and all governance issues.

Leadership Team of the Agile Release Train eIAM
Mission: The ART leadership is responsible for the implementation of the new functionalities mandated by FCh DTI.
Responsibility: Contact person for leadership topics eIAM team OFITT, general questions or complaints.

Platform team
Mission: Is responsible for monitoring systems and coordinating 1st, 2nd, 3rd level support with help desk, OCC, system team and development teams.

Integration team
Mission: Is responsible for the integration of new business applications with eIAM.
Responsibility: The eIAM dossier accompanies you from the procurement/creation of an application to the completion of the connection to eIAM (eIAM integration). Integration projects are assigned their contact person in Consulting or Integration during the initial meeting.

Testing team
Mission: Is responsible for testing new releases and regression testing.
Responsibility: The testing team is your contact for problems during regression testing of new eIAM releases.

Consulting team
Mission: Is responsible for providing the integration projects with the best possible advice on identity and authorisation management as early as possible.

System Team
Mission: Is responsible in building and supporting the agile system environments and deployments to the different stages.
Responsibility: For the agile system environments as well as the deployments to the different eIAM stages (REF/ABN/PROD).

Release management team
Mission: Responsible for the organisation and implementation of the eIAM Service Release.

CI/CD team
Mission: Temporary team to build a new CI/CD (Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery) infrastructure and processes.
