Formal commissioning of the FOITT & financing

eGovernment Identity and Access Management (eIAM)

The provision of eIAM is agreed in a separate integration project or as a sub-project of a development project commissioned in the FOITT. This includes customer consulting and the integration of the business application in eIAM

  1. Commissioning and financing via Remedy Order
  2. In Remedy, two business cases CRQ are available for an eIAM implementation.
    • one for the eIAM standard implementation with a defined cost ceiling of CHF 15,000 and a duration of approx. 3 months. This eIAM-CRQ is created by the client IM and approved by him, in the second step. By formally commissioning the FOITT, the client accepts the
      Cooperation obligations of the customer
      .

During the integration work, all parties involved record their time expenditures on the eIAM Remedy Collector, indicating the CRQ number. At the end of the integration, the customer is charged the full amount of the expenses incurred. In this business case, the client can also optionally request additional consulting services or support. The implementation dates in the three eIAM instances REF/ABN/PRO, will be jointly agreed according to the current
      Integration-of-new-applications eIAM Customer Change Plan / CC . . .
      .

    • and the other for the eIAM Non-Standard implementation the General Customer Requests CRQ is available. This CRQ should be applied if the customer requires extensive eIAM consulting and support prior to a potential eIAM implementation. For effective eIAM implementation, the customer should/can then create the normal standard eIAM CRQ. Brief instructions:

  3. Commissioning and funding via current SA or existing project
    • Here, the order is delivered together with the existing WBS and the expenses are booked by the persons involved.

  4. Commissioning and financing of new SA or within complex projects
    • This is where FOITT's sales process comes into play.
    • The customer contact is made by the account manager who, together with the quotation management, has a quotation prepared.
    • The departments involved provide support in the form of cost estimates and the recording of risks.
    • It should be noted that experience shows that the sales process takes approximately two to three months.
