Message Management
Application managers have the possibility to manage messages (information, maintenance or incident) for their applications easily and with the greatest possible autonomy. These messages are displayed to the end user after opening the application URL. The message management:- Provides a form to enter the messages.
- Messages can be easily created, activated, deactivated and mutated.
- Notifications can be scheduled. For example, for maintenance messages, Wednesday 18:00 to 22:00 hour.
- Templates can be used, messages do not have to be rewritten each time.
- Messages can be deleted in 2 steps, first they are moved to the recycle bin (and set to inactive) and from there they can be deleted permanently.
- The different types of messages (information, maintenance and incident) have specific properties corresponding to their type. For example, during an active maintenance message, application access can be blocked for the end user.
