IDM role request GKA to GKD
To apply for the IDM role GKA of an office (organisation), use the following link to create the corresponding role application for the GKD, which allows you to take over the user profile administration of the IDM roles BVA of the office.IDM link: ➞ User administration PRO

Important note
In addition, the corresponding line (CISO) must confirm your GKA role application through a Remedy-MAC or through a signed email with a subsequent completed application to the GKD.

| 2 | Select the corresponding office (organisation) for which you will take over the IDM role GKA. | 3 | In the comment field we ask you to inform us if your role application has already been confirmed by the line via Remedy-Mac or signed email. If so, please read the Terms of Use and accept them to complete your IDM role application. | 4 | IDM role application completion message. Now eIAM starts the authorisation process by sending a mail to the responsible office requesting them to process the role application. You as the applicant will usually receive a notification from the relevant office after access has been granted. The type and manner of information is the responsibility of the respective office. |
You will only have access to the IDM role administration BVA of the office after the role authorisation has been granted by the GKD.
