  2. We work according to the SAFe methodology, this promotes alignment, collaboration and execution across the different eIAM teams.

  4. For customer project, under the responsibility of the PM customer/partner, the following stakeholder groups/stakeholders must be addressed and held accountable at certain stages of the eIAM integration:
    • Initial contact/main point of contact
      • PM customer/partner
      • Ev. PM BIT
      • Ev. other central contact persons
    • In a first coordination phase (TechInfos questionnaire), i.e. before commissioning eIAM, the PM customer/partner must take the following stakeholder groups into responsibility
      • Business
      • Development/Architecture
    • With regard to the integration phase, the commercial stakeholder groups may become relevant
      • Integration Manager (IM) in office
      • Ev. OFM
      • Ev. Account Manager (AM) in BIT
    • For the concrete preparation of the integration phase, the PM Customer/Partner has to take the following stakeholder groups into responsibility
      • Contact person Infrastructure Provision Server
      • Main contact person for testing/test management
      • Overall coordinator of all user administrators of an office (GKA)
      • Main contact person for user administrators of an application/site (BVA) of this specialised application
    • During the integration phase on REF, ABN and PROD, the PM customer/partner has to ensure the coordination of eIAM with the following stakeholder groups
      • Contact person development integration eIAM
      • Contact person Infrastructure Provisioning Server
      • Contact person Testing eIAM
    • In the final phase (supplementary information before handover of operations), the PM customer/partner must make the following stakeholder groups responsible
      • Contact person specialist - specialist application manager
      • Who is authorised to issue change requests for roles to eIAM?
      • Who is authorised to issue change orders to eIAM for adjustments regarding QoA ()?
      • Specialist 1st-Level Support Specialist Application
      • Development 3rd-Level Support
      • Contact person for regression tests in the context of eIAM service releases
      • Application operation as contact person for lifecycle according to golive
